We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een (freelance) Service Designer / UX Researcher om het team in Delft te versterken.

Voor een hoger onderwijsinstelling zoeken wij een ervaren en enthousiaste Service Designer / UX Researcher die impact wil maken binnen een ambitieus digitale transformatieprogramma. Je gaat aan de slag in het centrale Digitale Transformatie Team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het versnellen van digitalisering binnen de organisatie. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve (data-gedreven) oplossingen, verbeterde digitale producten en klantgerichte diensten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met stakeholders uit onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. Deze functie betreft een project van één jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging bij goed functioneren en voortzetting van het programma.
Main responsibilities
- Leiden van service design- en customer experience-activiteiten binnen het Digitale Transformatie Team.
- Samenwerken met medewerkers uit diverse faculteiten en diensten om inzicht te verkrijgen in hun behoeften, doelstellingen, gedrag, pijnpunten en succesfactoren.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van service designstrategieën en oplossingen die de gebruikerservaring en operationele efficiëntie verbeteren.
- Faciliteren van workshops, interviews en gebruikerstesten om inzichten te verzamelen en ideeën te valideren.
- Opstellen van user journeys, persona’s en service blueprints om processen en interacties helder te visualiseren.
- Stimuleren van klantwaarde-denken binnen digitale optimalisatie- en transformatie-initiatieven.
- Gebruikmaken van data-analyse om de impact van service designinitiatieven te meten en structureel te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met collega’s in onder andere informatiemanagement, procesoptimalisatie, architectuur, data-analyse en productontwikkeling.
Requirements
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in service design, interactieontwerp, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- 5 tot 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met service design en methoden als design thinking, user research, prototyping en co-creatie.
- Ervaring met het werken binnen grote organisaties met complexe processen; ervaring in een academische of kennisintensieve omgeving is een pre.
- Affiniteit met technologische innovatie en digitale transformatie.
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
