As mentioned, our organization is in a phase of growth and professionalization. Within the Revenue team, we work on gaining more control over the business by building reliable reports, improving data quality, and developing management information that supports both Revenue Management & Sales and leadership. As part of the team, you will play a facilitating role for various stakeholders such as the Executive Team, the BI team, Finance, and operational colleagues.

As a Business Analyst, you are the key player in creating reliable, structured reports that are used daily and weekly by operational teams and leadership. You identify trends and anomalies, help structure information, and develop dashboards that lead to actionable insights. Furthermore you are responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining, and improving recurring dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various teams.
• Identifying notable trends and deviations—are we on track compared to last year and aligned with the market?
• Supporting clear decision making and structured way of working.
• Supporting the development of budget plans and forecasts.
• Sharing insights in performance meetings and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Participating in system development and contributing to the configuration and professionalization of tools.
• Reporting to the Head of Revenue and collaborating with colleagues across the company.

Your work location will be our new office in Amsterdam. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desired that you work from the office at least three days a week. In this role, you report to the Head of Revenue.

You are highly analytical, curious, and capable of independently bringing structure to complex information. You can switch between details and the bigger picture and enjoy sharing insights that help others do their jobs better.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in data, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience building dashboards and working with reporting tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• A strong eye for data quality, with the ability to interpret numbers and always ask yourself: “Does this make sense?”
• Service-oriented and enthusiastic about working with and for a team.
• Affinity with working with systems and familiar with process optimizations.
• You enjoy thinking about the future—moving from reactive to strategic ways of working.

• A one-year contract with a one-month probation period, with the intention of a permanent position.
• A salary between €4.808 and €6.250 gross per month on a full-time basis*, excluding holiday pay.

• A home office allowance of €2.35 per day worked from home.
• Travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel policy, based on €0.23 per km. If you choose to travel by public transport, your travel costs will be 100% reimbursed. Landal encourages its employees to use public transport for commuting.

• Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement age in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension base, shared equally between Landal and you.

*A full-time employment at Landal consists of a 38-hour work week, equivalent to a 5-day work week. If you have a part-time employment, your salary and vacation days will be calculated proportionally
