Business Analyst – Groningen

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Groningen. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong professional with a passion for data, technology, and improving business processes.

As Business Analyst your main tasks will include:

• Business Process Analysis: Identify and analyze business needs, processes, and systems to advise on optimizations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Translate business requirements into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data analyses.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the link between business and IT; gather and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Project Support: Contribute to end-to-end implementations of data and IT-related projects, from requirements to testing and rollout.
• Improvement Initiatives: Propose solutions to improve processes, systems, and data quality.
• Adoption Support: Assist users in understanding and applying new solutions and insights.

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (required).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
