Outsystems Tech Lead bij Achmea

Achmea is working on an ambitious Outsystems project for Achmea Pension Services. As a Tech Lead, you are essential in this process: you guide and coach the Outsystems developers and accelerate the transition. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is willing to take on this challenge as a central figure in one of our development teams.

What will you do?

As a Tech Lead at Achmea IT, you actively participate in the maintenance of the current system in Outsystems 11 and the initiation of new development in Outsystems Developer Cloud (ODC). You operate in an Agile environment with multiple scrum teams. You coach and guide the team in realizing business requirements according to Agile working methods and utilize Outsystems' best practices. You are responsible for delivery within each sprint and release, as well as for technical solutions and non-functional requirements. In this role, you work closely with the Center of Excellence, the architect, and provide functional leadership to the delivery team, using your leadership and coaching skills to help the team progress. You are proactive, open to feedback, and know how to get things done.

De afdeling

You are part of Outsystems Basis. We are the platform team and the Center of Excellence for Outsystems practitioners within Achmea. From this team, we support and assist the business units in realizing their Outsystems development. We are an informal and open team characterized by collegiality and flexibility, and we work closely with colleagues across other projects throughout Achmea.

Jouw achtergrond

• Minimum hbo work and thinking level.
• In-depth experience in Outsystems development, with at least 3 years in the role of Tech Lead.
• Certified as Tech Lead Outsystems, or willing to obtain this certification in the short term.
• Proven knowledge in designing and optimizing applications and processes across systems.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Excellent command of the English language and willing to learn Dutch if you do not speak it yet.
• Experience with Agile working methods.

Klimaatbudget

Ben je langer dan 12 maanden in dienst? Dan krijg je €2.500 netto klimaatbudget (bij fulltime dienstverband) om je huis te verduurzamen, duurzaam witgoed te kopen óf bijvoorbeeld een elektrische fiets aan te schaffen. Dit bedrag is bedoeld voor producten en diensten die een bijdrage leveren aan verduurzaming en verbetering van het milieu.

Persoonlijk keuzebudget

Je ontvangt maandelijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget, opgebouwd uit 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 3,85% bovenwettelijk verlof. Je kiest zelf op welk moment je dit budget laat uitbetalen, je het gebruikt voor verlofsparen of dat je er vakantie-uren van koopt.
