Product
The platform enables energy providers to simulate, monitor, and optimize heating and cooling systems in real time. The software is deeply integrated into clients’ sustainability and investment workflows, directly contributing to their decarbonisation goals.

Role Overview
As a Global Enterprise Account Manager, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in the Netherlands and across Europe.
  • Start with key national accounts and expand to approximately 10 strategic customers globally (around €2.4M ARR).
  • Act as a central link between commercial, product, and marketing teams to drive account-based initiatives.
  • Identify product gaps and share client feedback with the leadership and product organization.
  • Spot and flag early-stage delivery challenges and customer satisfaction issues.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years in Enterprise Account Management at a scaling B2B SaaS business.
  • Able to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trust with C-levels.
  • Proven success in consultative upsell and cross-sell across large accounts.
  • Skilled in handling global enterprise customers with multiple decision-makers.
  • Background in engineering or business (Bachelor’s degree required).

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial SaaS space.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin software.
  • 5+ years of relevant enterprise account management experience.
