Your role in the story:

As Analyst at Heerema Marine Contractors, you will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights. You will be at the forefront of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decisions. From tracking key metrics like engagement, retention, and DE&I, to enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and management teams - you will help steer our people strategy into the future.

Your expertise ensures that our HR data practices are not only insightful but also compliant with regulations, aligned with organizational goals, and continuously evolving to support operational excellence.

What you will be working on:

• Create and deliver data products, including reports and analyses tailored to HR's needs, with potential scalability to enterprise-level products.
• Monitor HR data practices to ensure compliance and flag deviations from regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to align HR data insights with strategic business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and real-time dashboards, while leading automation efforts to enhance efficiency.
• Act as the Data Steward for the HR department collaborating with other Data Stewards in our organisation, ensuring accurate, up-to-date maintenance of all HR data and records.

• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with (preferable HR) analytics, reporting, or data compliance practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and tools for dashboarding or automation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with practical business insights.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
