Job Description

For the Benelux region, we are looking for an Intercompany Coordinator who will coordinate all services that are being outsourced within the Eurofins network. You will be part of the Benelux team, a small team of 5 colleagues in a start-up phase, working closely together to serve medical device clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

As Intercompany Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and ensure that the process of outsourcing runs smoothly. Utilizing the Eurofins network, you will outsource projects to the appropriate laboratory, keep track of the progress of analytical projects, and proactively take action to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and scope.

Key responsibilities include:

• Being the point of contact for customers and performing laboratories
• Answering questions from customers and laboratories
• Proactively keeping track of status and progress with performing laboratories
• Organizing and hosting calls with labs and customers to discuss study progress
• Participating in the implementation of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for sample registration and improving its functionalities
• Registering samples in LIMS and managing sample shipment
• Ensuring all information is available to perform the work (sample registration form, purchase order, etc.)
• Managing the invoicing process
• Organizing lab access accounts for customers and providing online training

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior or experienced candidate with strong coordination and project management skills. We are also seeking:

• HBO, Bachelor, or Master of Science in healthcare or biological field (e.g., Biology, Biotech, Biomedical Engineering, etc.) to understand customer needs and projects
• A reasonable understanding of and/or interest in LIMS software or similar programs
• Experience in a coordinating or client interfacing role is a plus
• Experience with analytical testing and/or medical device testing is a plus
• Initiative to identify opportunities and follow up on them
• Ability to work in detail and independently
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with phone communication
• Fluent in both English and Dutch
• Part-time or full-time availability (32–40 hours a week)
• Located in the Netherlands or Belgium

You are able to work in a combination of home-based and office-based settings in this role. We require a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. Eurofins offices are in Nijmegen or in Nazareth, Belgium.
