Your Mission

As Head of Product at BUUT, you'll lead our product-led growth strategy by creating exceptional user experiences that drive customer growth and retention. Working with a talented team of 10-15 FTE across product management, UX/design, and risk management, we'll focus on building intuitive, self-service solutions that our customers love. This role requires close collaboration with our leadership team - partnering with the Head of Growth on realizing growth potential, Head of Tech to ensure seamless delivery, Head of Operations to incorporate customer feedback, and Head of BUUT to align our product roadmap with business objectives. Success in this position means combining deep product expertise with data-driven decision making to create solutions that naturally drive business growth through product excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for defining and executing BUUT's product strategy while leading a diverse team of 10-15 professionals, including product managers, designers, and risk specialists.
• Drive product excellence by championing customer-centricity, leading roadmap prioritization, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Establish and optimize BUUT's operational framework to maximize value creation and drive product management excellence.
• Own end-to-end risk management and compliance, implementing effective strategies while fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
• Lead the development of compelling product propositions and visual design that align with brand values and create engaging user experiences.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with AAB and external partners to drive business growth and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of product management experience in financial services or fintech, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving product strategy and innovation
• Strong understanding of corporate dynamics combined with entrepreneurial mindset from startup/scale-up experience, demonstrating ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining agility
• Impressive track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products that drive significant business impact and user adoption
• Deep commitment to customer-centricity with proven experience translating user research and feedback into exceptional product experiences that solve real customer problems
• Outstanding analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving approach, with ability to make data-driven decisions while considering qualitative insights
• Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver results
• Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of inspiring teams and influencing senior stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Expert knowledge of modern product development frameworks with experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
