As Head of Gaming – Casino & Bingo, you will act as the (wo)man in charge of our Casino and Bingo verticals, owning the full product and commercial strategy across the TOTO and Winnitt brands. You will drive product development, innovation, performance, and growth — with full autonomy and accountability. Get moving and strengthen Nederlandse Loterij as Head of Gaming.

Jouw speelveld

You will oversee all aspects of our Casino and Bingo proposition — from roadmap and integrations to revenue, customer experience, and innovation. You will lead a skilled team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic execution and long-term growth.

This is a high-impact position for a proven leader ready to shape the future of iGaming in the Netherlands.

With your achievements, you directly contribute to a happy, healthy and sporty Netherlands. As a Head of Gaming you score by:

• Define and execute the full commercial and product strategy for Casino and Bingo. Set clear ambition levels in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Own the roadmap — including frontend UX, backend systems (e.g. CMS, integrations), and partner content — to ensure a market-leading proposition.
• Optimize game mix, accessibility, and presentation across both brands to drive engagement and differentiation.
• Build a compelling player experience focused on features, storytelling, and innovation — not just promotions.
• Track and improve key KPIs (Turnover, GGR, ARPU, Spins per Session). Be fully accountable for the P&L of Casino & Bingo.
• Align with Marketing, CRM, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver consistent and effective customer journeys.
• Inspire and lead a team of 10 professionals, creating a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Actively contribute to our goal of growing market share in a declining market. M&A may be part of the strategy.
• Embed responsible gaming at the heart of the player experience. Work closely with internal compliance and RG teams as strategic partners

And you'll probably want to know this too: as Head of Gaming, you'll lead the team and you are able to recognize and develop unique talents of team members. You also guide your team members in their personal and professional growth. You will report to the Managing Director iGaming.

Jouw talent

The various people who work here like to be on the move, develop themselves on a personal and/or professional level, and strive for profit. That makes everyone within Nederlandse Loterij a top talent. Your talent is the sum of:

• 5–8+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming or similar digital entertainment sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Casino and Bingo ecosystems, providers (e.g., Light & Wonder, Evolution, Pragmatic, Games Global, Elk), and customer trends.
• Able to translate market dynamics into bold yet achievable growth strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery with full accountability.
• Data-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable forecasting at executive level.
• Fluent in English. Fluent in Dutch is a plus

Jouw score

In your capacity as Head of Gaming – Casino & Bingo we offer you:

• salary between €6.900,- and €10.300,- gross per month, depending on your experience
• a full-time position
• a bonus scheme.
• you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our corporate restaurant for €3.25.
