BUUT is built on the knowledge and experience of ABN AMRO and features the same familiar tone, design, and user experience as Tikkie. Completely tailored to the world of the new generation, designed specifically for teens and their parents.

Your job

As a risk and regulatory consultant, you’re part of a dedicated team of 5. As a team member, you'll engage in stakeholder management, translating requirements into actionable plans for our teams and product managers. Your expertise will cover areas like business process management, compliance, and fraud, with opportunities to specialize further. Work alongside IT, architecture, and product managers to develop and implement a risk control framework. Your contributions will be crucial in advancing our product while prioritizing customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships to gather and align requirements.
• Identifying risks before consulting second-line stakeholders and mitigating them to the product. You discuss the change, the product and identify focus areas to make ensure smooth discussions with second-line stakeholders.
• Translate legal and compliance requirements into specific product requirements for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with process owners to manage and implement various processes within BUUT, identifying risks and necessary controls.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with overall work experience of around 4-5 years, providing a good understanding but not extensive role-specific experience.
• Demonstrate proactive communication with stakeholders and analytical skills in identifying risks and ensuring processes work effectively, with an ability to take a holistic view.
• Proficient in both English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
• A dynamic, quick-thinking individual who fits well within the company culture.
