The Personal Care and Beauty and Wellbeing Europe business boasts an extensive network of owned factories dedicated to producing a portfolio that includes the company's largest and most iconic brands.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

PRODUCTION COST ANALYST:

• Insightful analysis on how the different factory operational drivers are translated in the landed production cost in the P&L.
• Forecast consistency and analysis: full understanding of forecast impact and communication to the business - Actual vs Forecast
• Development of forecast models to address different topics that are impacting production costs. In a very volatile context, every day there are new challenges to be included in the forecast.
• Coordination of different continuous improvement projects in Finance Sourcing unit Controlling team across all the factories.

FACTORY SU CONTROLLER:

• Collaborate with Factory Finance Managers in different activities that support the factory operation.
• Support in weekly/monthly reporting activities
• Support in month end activities
• Assist in the maintenance of IFRS contract management
• Knowledge sharing across SUs to generate continuous improvement projects
• Assist in monitoring delivery of transformation projects
• Ad-hoc cost / resource analysis to support productivity ambitions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

• The ability to keep the big picture and at the same time to dive efficiently into the details is critically important.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management are key to succeed in this role.
• Professional finance qualification equivalent to CA, CIMA, ACCA.
• 3-5 years’ experience. High valued experiences in SC and country finance roles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
