As an Engineer in the Pay and Receive Now – Cards domain, you’ll be part of a squad that ensures our Digital Cards experience remains intuitive, stable, and instant — supporting over 9 million debit cards and nearly 2 million credit cards. Our private and business clients rely on features like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Click to Pay to work seamlessly, 24/7, 365 days a year. Secure integrations with the bank’s processing systems and external partners like Visa and Mastercard, backed by high-performing data processing, are a given.

You and Your Job

In our DevOps squad, we take full ownership of both the development and continuity of our application. We live by the principle: You build it, you run it! Our teams bring together talented individuals to manage all change and run activities for the application. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll gather the necessary input to create technical designs, develop both front-end and back-end functionality, and test the full implementation to ensure production readiness. Along the way, you’ll grow into a T-shaped professional, contributing across the board to deliver maximum value to the product.

You and Your Talent

• You hold a higher education degree in, for example, Computer Science.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a software engineer.
• You have 2+ years of experience with Angular and/or 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• If you are experienced in only one of these technologies, you have strong learning agility to master the other.
• You have experience with Microsoft Azure and Cloud Foundry.
• You are familiar with microservices architecture and API integrations.
• You have worked on high-availability systems and understand how to design for stability and maintainability.
• You have experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural IT teams.
• You understand the importance of collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
• You are proactive, pragmatic, and not afraid to take ownership.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of payment products and processes is a plus.
