• Focuses on defining, designing and / or realizing ICT solutions, within the set frameworks.
• You provide Solution Architect with input for the new solutions. You also monitor that the good development principles are followed in daily practice.
• With the help of your analytical thinking skills, you think along in professionalizing the work and automating it. You also guide less experienced colleagues in their work Guide, support, innovate and improve agile rituals in Agile teams

Area Data. Models, Analytics & Calculations within the Housing tribe is responsible for the data logistic chain within the lending domain, models, analytics and complex calculations. We improve ourselves continuously within these methods, so we can use the capabilities or these methods as much as possible in order to achieve the best possible results.

The Senior Azure Developer / Senior DevOps Engineer you are a proactive team player who works closely with other disciplines in the DevOps team. You therefore have a natural drive to delve into the adjacent disciplines (T-shape). Collaborating with the Business Analysts in the team is naturally for you and, where necessary, you also take care of part of the (data) analysis and the prototype creation. With your experience you also pitch in the problem areas of the team e.g. helping the testers in creating a test strategy.

In addition, you are a pro-active team player who immediately sees what a team needs to excel. You will be guiding and coaching to create high-value products using Agile/Scrum concepts and principles. With the other Dev Ops Engineers you also ensure security and in-control by design within the department. You support several teams by educating them and helping them control progress on the (software) development process. You should be able to T-shape within the team as per the requirement or when time allows.

You and your talent:

• Minimum completed relevant HBO or WO training.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a comparable position in a complex ICT environment.
• Knowledge of Banking/Finance is an advantage
• Expert knowledge and experience with Azure Data Factory
• Expert knowledge with at least 3 years of experience with Azure Databricks
• Expert knowledge of relational databases like SQL DB and Oracle
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or Scala is a must.
• Experience with establishing and maintaining standards and development principles.
• Experience with drawing up specifications for ETL processes is an advantage.
• Experience with Architecture issues is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with DevOps, Scrum, ITIL.
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Testing and automation is an advantage.
• Experience and Knowledge of migration to Azure Cloud, Power BI is nice to have.
• Knowledge of Pipeline (CI/CD), Git and Azure Devops tooling including drafting and management.
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of Azure Delta Lake is an advantage
