An exciting opportunity has opened for an entrepreneurial, data-driven decision-maker to join our growing eCommerce organization.
As part of the Consumer Experience (CX) Optimization Team within Europe eCom, you will be responsible for optimizing product presentation and key shopping journeys across adidas .COM and the Flagship App.
In this role, you will contribute to our optimization and experimentation efforts within the Browse & Decide pillar, with a focus on improving Product Listing Pages (PLP) & Product Detail Pages (PDP) to drive inspiration, engagement and ultimately conversion and product sell-through.
With a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics, you will translate insights into actionable proposals that drive measurable performance improvements, in line with trading, seasonal and commercial goals. This includes optimizations and personalization initiatives to support the execution of new season launches, brand campaigns and key commercial activations.
Your role will be crucial in optimizing the performance of key site areas to enhance the consumer experience, accelerate business growth and support trading objectives. You will help shape the experimentation roadmap, audience segmentation and personalization efforts, as well as drive product presentation enhancements across areas such as: Product Recommendations, Merchandising, Ranking, Content, Filters, Ratings & Reviews and User-Generated Content (UGC).
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in digital optimization, with experience in A/B testing & personalization. You’re confident in translating data into meaningful test hypothesis and behavioural insights that drive performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the EU Market, Global Product, Analytics and Trading teams. You’ll help scale successful initiatives and champion a ‘Consumer First’ mindset through data-informed experimentation – ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our consumers.
