Your role in the story

As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will play a key role across several critical areas of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Global mobility, supporting and coordinating the international relocation and assignment of employees;
  • HR policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance and contributing to the development and implementation of internal frameworks;
  • Compensation and reward, designing and managing competitive and equitable salary structures;
  • Employee benefits, overseeing programs such as pensions, insurance, and other perks that enhance employee well-being;
  • Annual company agreements and union relations, participating in negotiations and maintaining constructive dialogue with employee representatives.

In this role, you contribute directly to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent, while aligning compensation strategies with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Is this the job for you?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits;
  • Higher Vocational / Bachelor degree, preferable, HR, Labor or Fiscal law or business administration;
  • General knowledge of (international) payroll;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
  • An independent work approach combined with operational excellence;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
