ABOUT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY & INSIGHTS

The Procurement Strategy & Insights Team serves as the nerve center of the Unilever global procurement organization, which enables the procurement organization to design and deliver step-change across the procurement value chain, operating process, and business model.

The Procurement GPT program is an advanced AI-driven initiative designed to revolutionize procurement processes by leveraging generative AI technologies. This program aims to streamline and automate various procurement tasks, such as supplier communication, contract analysis, and data-driven decision-making, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Drive Data & AI Procurement strategy and Procurement GPT program
  • Be the PMO of Procurement GPT program pillars and workstreams
  • Be the product manager of AI use case and facing client
  • Help drive how we leverage AI in procurement
  • Develop multiple procurement AI use cases under the Procurement GPT program.
  • Act as the bridge between technical partners (developers) and business (procurement)
  • Build AI knowledge and capabilities in procurement
  • Lead delivery and prompt engineering activities for each of the use case-based product.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experienced Business Analyst or similar roles in large organization, supply chain and/or procurement data analytics in Unilever / FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Business sense and commercial acumen, specifically in procurement.
  • Familiarity with common AI/LLM tools (ex: CoPilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles, values, methodologies, and practices that enable agility and approaches delivery with an iterative and incremental (test - do – learn) approach.
  • Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams, across different geographies and time zones.
