Job description

As an Account Manager at NTS Hengelo, you are the strategic contact for one of our key customers in the semiconductor industry. You build long-term partnerships, translate customer requests into distinctive technological solutions, and actively focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and margin. You work closely with multidisciplinary teams, the production organization, and NTS’s Global Sales Team.

• You are responsible for revenue growth, margin, and customer satisfaction within your accounts;
• You maintain strong customer relationships and understand what is happening at a strategic, tactical, and operational level;
• You develop growth plans and ensure tight execution together with colleagues from engineering, operations, and supply chain;
• You identify opportunities with the customer and translate NTS’s technological capabilities into concrete customer propositions;
• You monitor the commercial aspects of projects and contracts (quotations, pricing, agreements, indexations);
• You actively contribute to positioning NTS within the semiconductor market and collaborate intensively with other locations and the head office in Eindhoven.

Requirements

• HBO/WO level of education, preferably in a technical or business administration field;
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Affinity with the semiconductor industry and/or ultra-precise machining is a plus;
• You excel at translating technology into customer value;
• You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner, and communicate convincingly – in Dutch and English;
• You effortlessly switch between strategic interests and practical implementation.

• Salary from €5.000 to €7.000;
