Size and functions of local team: 5fte in Amsterdam now. 1 superstar SDR, another AE and marketeers. The Amsterdam office is trending to outgrow the Nordics (hometurf) in the future. Huge potential market for them.

Role description:

Full sales cycle AE role. 3-6 months cycles, stable inbound from marketing/channel/SDR. Mentality should be get to quota.

Must haves:

• 2-4 years SaaS Closing experience
• Strong in full cycle (Able to prospect yourself)
• Strong on methodology/challenger sales
• Characteristics: Resilience, Integrity, Able to adapt quickly, curiosity and intelligence are most important.
• Experience in similar sales cycles (3-9 months range)
• Hunter/hustler mentality
• Dutch fluency

Nice to haves:

• MEDDIC trained
• CX experience

Salary range: €150.000 | €190.000
