Operations & Growth Intern

About the role

As Feedr’s Operations & Growth Intern, you will play a key role in driving Feedr’s growth in the Netherlands. You will work closely with our local Dutch team, as well as our HQ based in London, you will identify and target new business opportunities, develop strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the Dutch market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing food tech company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in identifying and pursuing large-scale sales opportunities, including tenders and corporate contracts
• Researching and analysing market trends, potential partners, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies
• Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and sales presentations
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for market expansion
• Tracking and reporting on sales activities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Contributing innovative ideas and strategies to drive business growth during brainstorming sessions.

About you:

• BSc or MSc degree in Business or a related field from a top-tier university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting compelling sales pitches and proposals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of sales principles and outbound sales strategies
• Passionate about food, tech, and the growing B2B food delivery industry
• Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges

Desirable requirements:

• Previous internship or work experience with a top-tier consulting firm, sales team, or fast-growing startup
• Knowledge of or interest in the food delivery or food tech industry
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new sales techniques and tools
