Are you ready to drive the future of smart, sustainable buildings? Join us as Product Owner and lead the strategy and delivery of cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions that are transforming the real estate industry. As the right hand to our co-founder, you’ll take ownership of our product roadmap, turn customer insights into powerful features, and ensure our SaaS solutions deliver the best impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision for our ESG and Building Automation platform, ensuring it aligns with future market needs and our ambitious growth goals;

• Lead the backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features that drive customer value and business outcomes;

• Collaborate with key accounts to gather feedback and craft tailored solutions that deepen engagement;

• Innovate continuously by tracking industry trends, user & market research, compliance updates, and emerging technologies;

• Use data to guide decisions, measure success, and optimize user experiences.

• Drive Agile delivery, leading sprints and fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams;

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate technical possibilities into business wins.

Profile:

• Proven success as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software or SaaS environment (B2B preferred);

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making;

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple concepts;

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders;

• You're fluent in both Dutch and English;

• A passion for sustainability and innovation— previous experience with ESG, IoT or smart building tech is a plus.
