ABOUT THE ROLE

At Unilever, our Condiments business is one of the main priorities for the Foods Business Group. The category is booming and growing fast and with iconic and leader brands like Hellmann’s, Calvé, and Maille, we’re not just following trends—we’re setting them. From plant-based diets to bold new flavours, we’re redefining mealtime pleasure across the continent.

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, innovation crafter, to take the reins of our Sauces segment in Europe—a valuable portfolio and one of the fastest-growing battlegrounds in the condiments world. The European team sits in central Rotterdam, and partners closely with the local team (also in Rotterdam), and the country leads sitting in each European market.

🚀 What will your main responsibilities be:

  • Own the Sauces segment across Europe — drive strategy, innovation, and performance aligning with Global teams and countries how to Turbo charge the growth of our Sauces business.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from insight to shelf - you will be the main player to ensure the delivery of the agreed plans, being them innovations, brand relaunches, sustainability, and savings projects.
  • Be the go-to expert for all things Sauces — collaborating with local markets, global teams and cross functional stakeholders on the day to day challenges & opportunities on the platform.

👀 Who We’re Looking For:

  • A strategic marketer with experience on defining the agenda of a segment;
  • An experienced Project Leader with Regional or Global experience to drive projects end-to-end and manage cross functional teams. Previous experience in crafting and landing innovation is a plus;
  • Passionate about food and Flavour – previous Experience in food categories is a plus;
  • Consumer centric: Ability to deeply understand consumer trends, and turn insights into actionable ideas;
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments, and loves to deliver at scale.
  • Strong communicator and influencer with a growth mindset and can do attitude.
