Your role in our shared journey 

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the product development and management of our Tennis Pinnacle Athlete Line. You will report to the Global Tennis Category Manager.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Lead research and development initiatives for professional tennis apparel and accessories whilst monitoring industry trends.
• Coordinate prototype development and testing procedures for new product lines.
• Oversee fit sessions and maintain accurate Bill of Materials documentation.
• Create and implement product strategies aligned with market demands and athlete requirements.
• Collaborate with sports marketing teams to gather feedback from elite tennis players.
• Manage relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Analyse market data and competitor products to identify growth opportunities.

• Shape the strategic direction of the company and contribute to its long-term success.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive positive change.
• Continuously develop your leadership skills through managing teams and navigating complex challenges.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of (leadership) and personal development.
• Build a strong professional network.
• Aid diversity and inclusion in the hiring processes for a more inclusive workplace.

You have the following skills:

• Five years of experience in product development and management within the sportswear or athletic apparel industry, with a focus on tennis preferred.
• Experience with international teams is must.
• Must have a strong understanding of performance apparel technologies, materials, and athlete-specific needs.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for tennis and commitment to supporting elite athletes in achieving their performance goals.
