• Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,381 and EUR 7,687 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week

You and your job

For this new team we are looking for a BCM Support Officer to join the new CITO BCM team. CITO BCM will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective Business Continuity Management within CITO departments and guide the strengthening and maturity of the CITO organizational resilience.

• You drive delivery and impact of Business Continuity Management for CITO
• You coordinate initiatives and you collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the efficient planning and logistical/administrative support for CITO BCM operations.
• You are co-responsible for updating the CITO BCM/Operational resilience strategy guiding the organizations priorities and setting the agenda.
• You align priorities with the Tech Domains
• You take charge of progress, make sure initiatives are in control and give proactive advice.
• You initiate research on BCM/Organizational Resilience related topics like Supply Chain
• You’ll advice based on analyses/research you’ve done.

• 10 years of relevant working experience
• Affinity with Business Continuity Management and information security
• ability to take on an initiative, to structure this and report on progress (result oriented)
• Gather information independently, prepare an advice and report on progress.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to structure and convey a story at presentation level Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

This role requires good management support, knowledge, and skills. CISO Office CITO BCM will require an experienced organizer to hit the ground running.
