About the role

Industry: B2B SaaS – Real Estate Tech

Product: All-in-one, hyper-automated property management platform covering financial, technical, and commercial operations

Team Size: ±50 employees across GTM, Product, and Operations

Direct Team: 3 AEs + Head of Sales & Marketing

🎯 Sales Focus

  • Vertical: Real estate (investors, developers, property managers)
  • Target Personas: CFOs, Heads of Asset/Property Management, Portfolio Managers, Digital Leads
  • Segment: SMB to Upper Mid-Market
  • Deal Cycles: 1–6 months
  • Sales Methodologies: BANT, MEDDIC, Spiced
  • Channels: Direct sales, with a mix of inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Lead Generation: Supported by marketing and SDRs, but with outbound responsibilities expected

🔧 Scope of Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of pipeline from initial lead to closed deal
  • Deliver tailored demos — practical for SMBs and ROI-focused for larger organisations
  • Address objections related to pricing, security, product, and competitive offerings
  • Navigate legal reviews to successfully close deals
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
