About the role

Product: All-in-one, hyper-automated platform for managing financial, technical, and commercial real estate operations

Team Size: ~50 employees across GTM, Product, and Ops

🎯 Scope & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling, technically sound product demonstrations tailored to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise prospects
  • Manage 5–10 concurrent proof-of-concepts (POCs), aligning technical delivery with commercial goals and client success metrics
  • Lead conversations on APIs, integrations, scalability, compliance, data residency, and security topics
  • Ensure smooth handoffs post-close, providing clear documentation and context to Customer Success
  • Feed product feedback directly into the roadmap by collaborating with the Product team
  • Co-create technical marketing content (e.g. architecture diagrams, whitepapers) alongside Marketing
  • Train Customer Success Managers on advanced product capabilities and use cases
  • Maintain and manage sandbox/demo environments for pre-sales activities
  • Develop technical sales assets (e.g. GDPR objection handling guides, integration briefs)

✅ Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or functional consulting
  • Strong technical grasp of APIs, SaaS integrations, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and deliver compelling presentations
  • Driven, proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

💡 Nice to Have

  • Background in real estate technology or other complex B2B SaaS domains
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy standards, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms
