As a Back Office Employee at Skopei, you play an indispensable role in our team. You are responsible for order processing and support our sales department by creating quotes and managing customer data. You maintain close contact with our customers and provide support to administrators of our Topology platform. With your careful and proactive attitude, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, both within our team and for our customers.

As a Back Office Employee, you possess the skills and experience to support the team with administrative and customer-oriented tasks. You are strong in communication, customer-focused, and can work well with different administrative systems.

Your background and experience

You have a commercial background and the right knowledge to strengthen our team. Your experience and skills help you to switch smoothly between different tasks and projects.

• A completed education in a commercial direction
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good command of the English language
• You live near The Hague/Rijswijk

Your skills

Your organisational talent and focus on customer satisfaction make you an important link within our team. You enjoy a varied role in which you can switch between administrative support and customer contact.

• Experience with Excel, Word and Exact
