What you will do
As National Account Manager, Out of Home (OOH) in The Netherlands your main goal is to achieve Tony’s OOH sales targets in the Netherlands. You nurture and enhance business with existing partners, and hunt and acquire new customers. You make Tony’s a super strong and relevant brand for our wholesalers and key customers in the Dutch OOH market, and know how to handle market data, draw conclusions and strongly negotiate with our key accounts. You serve a diverse group of customers active across different channels, including traditional food service (such as restaurants and hospitality), caterers (for example, corporate and educational institutions), convenience outlets (like fast food and petrol stations), and image accounts—customers with a strong brand image or exemplary market position.

You optimize our trade marketing in the OOH market and co-develop an ambitious and bottom-up strategy for this market that you implement accordingly with your customers. You are part of the Sales team NL and report to the Out of Home Sales Manager.

All wrapped up, you will be in charge of

  • Growing the channel in net sales and improving contribution margin: Achieve EUR X Mio in net sales by effectively managing and identifying growth opportunities with your existing and new customers. This can be accomplished through both existing channels (e.g., foodservice, caterers, and convenience) as well as new ventures in non-food retail, cinema, or other sectors. While you find new channels and increase sales, you also pay attention to the profitability of your business.

  • Increase rotation by thinking of an effective promotion strategy and expand distribution to new channels and customers.

  • Managing your budget and ensuring all the information provided, including prices and volumes, is accurate.

  • Ensuring an optimal forecast accuracy by thoroughly managing your forecasts and ensuring they are updated on a regular basis.

Job requirements

  • Experience in similar customer-facing sales positions in the food service, out of home, or FMCG world: You establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that will benefit both Tony's and the customers.

  • You take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, creativity and enthusiasm. You have a can-do attitude even when facing setbacks.

  • You interact openly with diverse groups of people across levels, functions, cultures and geography.

  • You're driven by reaching your goals, you push yourself and others to achieve these results and have a track record of exceeding (sales) goals successfully.

  • You have excellent negotiating skills: you seek the best outcome together with our clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in Dutch and fluency in English.

  • You have a driver's license and feel comfortable driving on a regular basis as part of your role.

  • Eagerness to work in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Resiliency in a dynamic and fast-growing organization – you bring structure to chaos.

  • You are a data-driven decision maker who utilizes data to identify process improvements and make objective, informed decisions.

  • Believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose.

  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
