Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the Treasury and Insurance Control & Accounting team
• Coordinate and prepare the group’s Finance Plan as part of the annual budget cycle
• Establish and maintain the internal control framework
• Manage financial income & expense, net debt, and Opex budgets
• Oversee credit and FX risk limits
• Monitor credit rating agency metrics and analyze debt headroom and the group's financial capacity
• Monitor the group’s liquidity position and manage liquidity forecasts
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including corporate guidelines, IFRS, and regulatory standards

You bring:

• An academic qualification in Finance/Accounting with at least 10 years of accounting and controlling experience and qualifying expertise in treasury, developing internal controls (insurance experience is a bonus)
• Knowledge of financial markets and complex financial instruments
• Understanding of fiscal, legal, and accounting considerations (IFRS)
• Experience in managing IT landscapes, ERP/TMS projects, and digital solutions
• A drive to impact, empower, navigate change and hold accountable while creating a safe environment
• The capabilities to foster unity & collaboration, and lead with purpose
• Fluent in English
