Als Senior HR Adviseur speel je een centrale rol als expert, adviseur en projectmanager om de diverse HR-uitdagingen tot een oplossing te brengen, onze organisatie verder te ontwikkelen en onze talenten aan te trekken, te binden en boeien. In deze afwisselende functie is geen dag hetzelfde!

Wat ga je doen?

Je adviseert en begeleidt managers en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-activiteiten. Denk hierbij aan arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelingen, performance en ontwikkeling, employee relations, verzuimbegeleiding en arbeids-juridische kwesties. Voor een belangrijk ander deel realiseer je uitdagende projecten om onze HR-oplossingen en -regelingen verder te ontwikkelen.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met je collega’s van het HR-team in Nederland, het bredere HR-team van BeNeLux/EMEA en diverse HR-collega’s wereldwijd, zoals de HR Business Partners van de divisies en experts van de Centers of Excellence (CoE).

Wie ben jij?

Het belangrijkste is dat jij je aangesproken voelt deze rol op te pakken en daarnaast vragen we het volgende:

• Je hebt minimaal een HBO-diploma (bij voorkeur HRM);
• Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een allround HR-advies functie, waarbij je zelfstandig advies gaf aan managers over arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen, ontwikkeling, verzuim en re-integratie, mobiliteit en ontslag, binnen de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving;
• Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen en wijzigen van HR-regelingen;
• Gedegen, parate kennis van Nederlandse arbeidsrecht is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
• Werkervaring binnen een grote, internationale organisatie is een plus;
• Ervaring met het (samen)werken met een OR is een voordeel;
• Daarnaast is belangrijk dat je zelfstandig bent, gedreven en actie- en resultaatgericht.

• Een bonusregeling van 20% on target, tot maximum 30% van het jaarsalaris;
• Een persoonlijk keuzebudget van 12% (incl. 8% vakantietoeslag), met de mogelijkheid tot extra vakantiedagen kopen, of bijvoorbeeld maandelijkse uitbetaling;
