Digital Product Design Leader (Freelance)

To take our platform to the next level, we’re looking for a Digital Product Design Leader - a freelance expert who can make our software not just functional, but intuitive, elegant , and simple. Someone who knows how to turn complexity into clarity and clunky screens into seamless experiences.

As a self-employed design lead, you'll work closely with our product, sales and tech teams to define and deliver smart UX/UI for our fast-growing platform. We’re still a lean and agile team, so your impact will be huge and immediate.

What we expect from you:

• You think in user journeys, not just screens.
• You translate customer needs and product goals into intuitive UX flows and beautiful UI designs.
• You lead the design process: from discovery to prototype to pixel-perfect handoff.
• You set up design systems, maintain consistency, and raise the bar for visual and interaction design.
• You work independently, but love collaborating with the team.
• You have a strong design portfolio (preferably with SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy apps).
• You care about accessibility, usability, and delivering real value to users.
• You speak English fluently (Dutch is a bonus!).
