About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Regenerative Agriculture Team, within our sustainability-focused business. Our purpose is to transform our sourcing models towards regenerative agriculture and enable continuous improvement on farm performance and sustainability. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and support initiatives aimed at improving agricultural practices. Your main responsibilities include:

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting results from Danone projects (including CO2 footprint, Regenerative agriculture score, Animal welfare score, feed autonomy, economics, etc.).
• Reviewing and summarizing scientific and technical literature and case studies relevant to regenerative agriculture.
• Facilitating an agriculture community within Danone, organizing webinars, and drafting communication materials to valorize these projects internally and externally.

As a Regenerative Agriculture Projects Intern, analytical skills and a passion for sustainability will be second nature to you. You can work autonomously in a complex environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. On top of that, you’re a fast learner who thrives in solving problems and being continuously challenged.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student during the whole internship period (you must be currently residing in the Netherlands).
• Ideally available to start in September 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, full-time.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days a week (hybrid position).
