Transformation Insight Analyst at FrieslandCampina

Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a significant impact at FrieslandCampina? Do you have a knack for Supply Chain transformation, data analysis, and want to be part of a dynamic team that is the driving force behind our global transformation program? If so, join our global Result Delivery Office (RDO) team as a Transformation Insight Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting, and supporting various transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in running the reporting cadence of our transformation, understanding the dataflows from our savings systems into Power BI, and supporting generic (data) requests. We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a passion for driving change.

You will be part of our RDO team, a young and vibrant team which consists of FrieslandCampina colleagues, supported by external consultants. The RDO drives the Performance+ transformation within global Supply Chain (15,000 FTE and over 50 factories) ultimately delivering 500 EURM cost savings and cash. In Performance +, 6 workstreams and Business Groups jointly deliver the savings via thousands of initiatives, ranging from local bottom up initiatives to bigger cross functional initiatives. Savings and progress is reported every month via Power BI and underlying tooling.

What we ask

  • Academic degree preferably in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in business analytical roles, mainly on transformation programs, preferably within an international working environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong experience with IT tools such as PowerBI and (potentially with) savings tools
  • Experience in preparing leadership presentations and training content
  • Excellent attention to detail and disciplined delivery
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance process with fast action
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests
  • A self-starter, analytical, structured, flexible, a team player and a challenger with a growth mindset

Vacancy description

The position is part of the RDO, which is the engine of our large-scale Supply Chain Transformation and will give you the opportunity to work on diverse and multiple topics related to the global transformation’s agenda (e.g., strategic planning, change management, communication, etc.). The most relevant tasks/responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Drive the Transformation Office (RDO) reporting cadence (using Excel and Power BI dashboards), by building and distributing transformation reports and building analysis around the data to derive the actions needed
  • Problem-Solving: Handle ad-hoc requests and provide team support; Participate in tracking action items and resolving issues.
  • Communication, Training and Support: Prepare training content and oversee the scheduling of transformation meetings. Be the linking pin to the digital and IT teams for our PBI dashboards.

Team Details

You will become part of the Global Supply Chain Transformation Office (RDO) within the Supply Chain Operational Excellence and Digital team. The RDO (Result Delivery Office) currently consists of 2 FrieslandCampina colleagues, supported by external consultants and Finance. The team is based in the Netherlands.
