Marketing Services Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can contribute to the commercial success of a leading international legal and tax firm? And would you like to develop your skills in marketing communications through hands-on experience? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new team member to join our Marketing Services team, part of the Commercial & Legal Excellence department. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing communications activities developed by our marketing advisors. You will be part of a team of 16 marketing officers based in our offices in Brussels, Luxembourg, Zurich, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. As the majority of our communication is in English, fluency is key. Your main office will be Amsterdam, and ideally, you are available full-time. In this role you will report to our Manager Marketing Services.

As a Marketing Services Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • creating and sending online mailings and newsletters, both for internal communication and for clients and other stakeholders;
  • publishing content on our intranet, website, and key social media channel LinkedIn;
  • supporting marketing advisors in the execution of marketing plans;
  • handling event administration and data management in our CRM platform Dynamics 365 and online events tool;
  • assisting in the creation of dashboards to measure the effectiveness of our channels, including the website, newsletters, and events.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

  • a completed relevant MBO or HBO (associate/bachelor) level education;
  • work experience within a professional services organisation;
  • excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • the ability to work independently and flexibly;
  • a service-oriented mindset, with a client-focused and stress-resistant approach;
  • affinity with data and numbers;
  • preferably, experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynamics for Marketing, or a strong interest in similar systems.
