As a Business Developer & Customer Onboarding Specialist at Teamleader, you’ll play a key role in growing Teamleader’s footprint in Germany while ensuring new customers start their journey with us on the right track. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Drive Growth: Spot opportunities and build partnerships to expand Teamleader’s presence in Germany.
Generate Leads: Develop smart strategies to fill your sales pipeline and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Seamless Onboarding: Guide new German customers through onboarding, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform, also deliver personalized sessions to integrate our solution into clients’ workflows effortlessly.
Be the voice of the Customer: Collect feedback and share insights to shape our product for the German market.
Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams for a cohesive approach.
Track Success: Monitor KPIs, adjust tactics, and exceed targets like a pro.

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Have experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in business development, new business acquisition, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales or onboarding goals will be an advantage!
Speak these languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Are communicative: You’re a people person with excellent communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with teams.
Are tech-savvy: You enjoy working with tech solutions and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Are results-oriented: You know how to spot opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets.
