At HelloPrint, we’re not just building the future of printing; we’re scaling it across the entire continent. As our E-commerce Manager Europe, you’ll be the architect behind our pan-European growth strategy, translating ambitious goals into scalable playbooks that work across 15+ markets.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on complexity and scale. From SEO to pricing, from product assortment to UX: you’ll build strategies that work in multiple languages, currencies, and cultures, all from our Rotterdam HQ. To ensure maximum efficiency and results for this huge responsibility, you are at the forefront of implementing AI strategies and workflows.

You’ll work directly with our CEO, CGO, and Growth Team, surrounded by top talent and a mindset of ownership, data, and experimentation. Our shared goal? Build the #1 platform for customizable printed products across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Design and execute scalable SEO strategies that drive organic growth in 15+ European countries;
• Create smart, centralized pricing structures that work across diverse markets and customer behaviors;
• Develop a scalable product portfolio and UX that can be adapted locally, but built globally;
• Collaborate closely with Content, Supply, and Tech to ensure local needs are met within scalable frameworks;
• Analyze market trends and customer insights across Europe to prioritize opportunities;
• Lead experiments to improve conversion, UX, and margin across multiple markets simultaneously;
• Own performance metrics like international revenue, gross profit, and new customer acquisition.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in E-commerce, digital marketing, or strategy preferably with multi-country experience;
• Proven experience in scaling SEO, pricing or product operations across international markets;
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, A/B tests, and performance dashboards;
• Excellent English communication skills (other European languages are a plus);
• A system-thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to own the process and outcomes;
• Performance marketing experience is a plus;
• Hungry, strategic, and motivated by performance.
