We’re looking for someone who’s ready to share your talents with the team. As Training Manager, you'll bring your creative energy to design dynamic, impactful learning programs that meet the diverse needs of our B2B (WHS / TR) teams worldwide.

  • Your Expertise: Use your knowledge of the wholesale and travel space to design training programs that really speak to our teams’ needs.
  • Creative Freedom: Whether you’re building a new training program or tweaking existing content, you’ll have the creative freedom to make it your own.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: You’ve got the organizational skills to keep projects on track, from start to finish. Whether it’s managing timelines, resources, or budgets, you’ll oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring that everything is delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum impact.
  • Continuous Impact: We’re all about improving and evolving—so whether it’s refining training, adapting to new trends, or exploring new technologies, you’ll always be learning and growing.
  • When you bring all of you, you’ll be helping us stay ahead of the curve, creating training that’s impactful, relevant, and fun. Plus, your strong project management skills will ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to execution.

Key Skills for Success:

  • At least 5 years of work experience developing trainings (preferably experience in FCMG or beauty industry).
  • Knowledge of didactics, adult learning, 70:20:10 model, knowledge transfer principles
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder management and implementation of learning solutions.
  • Experience with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and rapid design and video editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Inspiring Leadership & Coaching: You know how to motivate a team and keep them excited about learning. You’re great at coaching, leading by example, and pushing everyone to do their best.
  • Analytical with a Growth Mindset: You’re data-driven and always looking for ways to improve. You’ll use KPIs, feedback, and performance data to refine and elevate the programs you create.
  • Industry Expertise: You have a solid understanding of the wholesale and travel business and can translate that knowledge into powerful, tailored learning solutions.
