Project Description

SEMI-OFF GRID HYBRID SYSTEM FOR GREEN AND RELIABLE POWER GENERATION FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES –
In order to cope with a scarcity of power generation in remote areas with limited or no connection to the local power grid for construction companies to work with, an autonomous emission-free modular system is being engineered. The system comprises a battery container along with a Fuel Cell system, running on green Hydrogen, and other eventual sources of electricity generation (such as mini-grid or temporary solar panel installations) to guarantee sufficient zero-emission power for electric construction vehicles.

What are your tasks?
▪ You will be involved in the processing and analyzing data of the existing system model ▪ You will conduct an engineering analysis and software-based simulations of the whole system structure ▪ You will be actively working within our team members on testing and embedding the entire energy system with the EMS. A clear role in this project will be determined after some discussion taking your interests into account ▪ Detailed engineering for the system in accordance with legislation, guidelines, and certification

Who are we looking for?
▪ You are interested in the energy transition ▪ You are currently in university (masters) with a numerical focus. Preferably a technical education. ▪ Your study results are above average and you have at least one extra-curricular activity ▪ You are energetic, proactive and very target oriented ▪ You are analytical, ambitious and entrepreneuring and you don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality ▪ Experience with earlier internships in off-grid system engineering is an advantage
