You will play a key role in driving several critical projects, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development within L'Oréal Benelux.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivating a Continuous Learning Culture:
  • Champion self-directed learning through our OneLearning platform, shaping a modern and engaging learner experience.
  • Increase learner clarity on available resources and development opportunities.
  • Maximize and activate the impact of Learning events in which each employee can decide to follow the training they want by choosing from a rich program and possibilities.
  1. Create engaging and personalized individual learning paths maximizing the coverage of the must-have programs on all targets and at the same time ensuring that “Learning for All” continues to be a strategic priority of the company.
  • Need & gap analysis for must-have prescriptions at job level.
  • Maximize the impact of learning programs by leveraging the Prescription Guide to clarify offerings, prioritize key programs, and create specialized learning experiences.
  • Simplify & align processes & tools.
  1. Partnering with key business stakeholders to accelerate transformation and to make our organisation future fit:
  • Partner with your designated University (E-Commerce, Sales and Retail, Marketing & Digital, Operations, Finance, Beauty Tech) to identify and address key learning needs.
  • Connect local needs with relevant zone and global programs.
  • Collaborate with Benelux business stakeholders to implement and deploy impactful learning programs.
  1. Onboarding & Integration:
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging onboarding programs, including the FIT program, to effectively integrate new hires into the company culture and provide them with the essential knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and data analysis to optimize the new hire experience.
  1. Learning Excellence Center Coordination:
  • Oversee budget monitoring, PO management, KPI analysis, and training operations.

What we are looking for:

  1. 2-3 years’ experience.
  2. Masters diploma.
  3. Dutch and/or French is a must plus excellent knowledge of English.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Strong skills in activation excellence, stakeholder management, storytelling, and facilitation.
  6. Fast & furious spirit and taste for people.
