About the role:
Are you passionate about developing talent and driving organizational growth through innovative learning strategies? As part of our Talent team, you'll be responsible for capabilities, culture, leadership, and engagement. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by creating and implementing a comprehensive Capability Development Strategy and Roadmap at global, regional, and local levels.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the development and deployment of a Capability Development Strategy & Roadmap, based on strategic input, future and current training needs, and an analysis of organizational skill gaps.
- Develop tools to measure and track key strategic areas such as Key Account Management and Marketing Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, and Perfect Store.
- Develop, deploy and drive innovative learning initiatives based on the Capability Strategy & Roadmap.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Capability Development Program and learning initiatives using metrics and feedback, and use this data to further improve the program.
- Ensure the availability of learning resources to support individual development plans and foster Versuni Winning behaviors.
- Build a culture of sustainable learning by leveraging internal and external tools and approaches.
- Manage learning resources, including the development and maintenance of training materials and relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in capability development.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of experience as a Capability Development Manager.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful learning and development programs within FMCG/SD companies.
- Strong understanding/experience of the business, particularly Commerce, and instructional design theory.
- Proficiency in project management, training, program design, facilitation (train-the-trainer), and analytical skills.
- Advanced degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, along with expertise in change management and facilitation.
