The IT Manager Security Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s information security posture, including Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and Key Management. Your job

In your role as IT Manager Security Operations, you oversee the daily management of our operational security teams (Security Orchestration, Identity & Access Management, Card Security). You ensure the protection of our information and promote the efficient operation of security technologies. You foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Further more you are responsible for the teams that:

• Manage daily security operations and external partners.
• Implement and maintain security technologies.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery activities.
• Develop and manage IAM and key management programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Within CISO there are three teams: Security Operations & Card Security (12 fte), Security Governance (4 fte) & 1st Line IT Risk (2 fte). You'll be part of the CISO MT.You will work closely with the IT Management Team and other departments, spending at least 50% of your time at the office.

Your profile

You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities. You are communicative and can effectively collaborate within diverse teams. You have a passion for developing talent and fostering a collegial environment. You recognize yourself in the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field; master's preferred.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in security operations, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following three areas: IAM systems, security operations and Key management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management and compliance.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
