Lucia’s does not serve any standard dishes. Our chef focuses on fresh ingredients and comfort food. For our various clientele from the hotels, but also the surrounding area, we offer a diverse menu with daily specials.

As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing and motivating the team and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

We are Cityden Aparthotels. Every day we do the most to let our guests feel at home and to create an unforgettable stay! We do this by creating a personal and pleasant service, where work and relaxation are balanced in a nice way. Cityden Aparthotels currently consists of a selection of 343 apartments, at three different aparthotels in and around Amsterdam. In a short period of time, we have become one of the largest Aparthotel players in the Netherlands and we are very proud of that.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the shift;
• Managing, motivating, and training the team;
• Training the new staff;
• Ensuring food safety according to HACCP standards;
• Running duty shifts;
• Inventory management.

Who are you?

Our guests get a smile on their face when you are at their table. They appreciate hearing your suggestion. In addition, you also make the team happy when you are at work.

In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:

• You have a passion for food & drinks;
• You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in or closely related to an F&B related position;
• You are a hard worker, flexible, and have a hands-on mentality;
• You have experience in managing a team or have the ambition to learn this.
