Job Description

As Clinical Consultant / Manager International Cardiology (ECG) you will play a critical role in transforming healthcare by delivering innovative clinical solutions and consulting services. Your role:

Develop and deliver standardized and scalable clinical education programs across the International Region to customers and distributors on the Philips ECG Management Portfolio: Holter, Resting ECG and Stress Test – focused on fast customer adoption and high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be providing clinical products and software training to customers in Europe.
  • Co-create Philips ECG Management workflows with hospitals and private players across the International Region in close alignment with the Technical Services Manager and the local Philips teams in the different zones.
  • Strengthen the Philips Holter Analysis Service Capability in the Nordics Region and monitor the daily operations of the team and the collaboration with the Philips Preferred Suppliers for Holter Analysis in other regions. Safeguarding patient safety & quality and the agreed service level agreements to customers.
  • Manage daily operations with your team (approximately 5 direct reports) to ensure excellent customer service delivery with high satisfaction, on-time delivery, compliance and cost savings as key results.
  • Run monthly performance management cycles together with the Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) management team to report and solve problems on KPIs: customer training satisfaction, implementation time, patient safety & quality and costs.
  • Be a frontrunner when it comes to ECG knowledge, skills and key developments in the market (e.g. new standards as part of the European Society of Cardiology) and proactively coach and train people in your team (direct reports) and the broader team within Philips Monitoring.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in relevant areas.
  • At least 5 years of experience within Cardiology (focus on ECG) – a clinical background is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience within business (ideally a multi-matrix international environment) (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in people management and talent development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – specially building external relationships.
  • Strong business fundamentals: Project Management, Performance Management, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
