About the job

As our Content Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving Peaks’ growth through powerful, data-informed, and engaging content. From social ads to SEO blogs, UGC scripts, email journeys, and in-app copy — you'll write content that performs across the full funnel and helps us scale across new markets in 2025. Due to the current needs of the team, we are looking for someone with advanced written Dutch, preferably a native-level speaker.

You’ll be part of the Creative Hub, working closely with our Content Manager and fellow Copywriter. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the role, you’ll also collaborate closely with our performance, product, CRM, and design teams to ensure every piece of content serves a purpose and drives results.

You’ll also help scale our content production efficiently and creatively through the use of AI tools. Whether you're already experienced with AI prompting or excited to develop that skill, we see this as a key part of the role.

Your key responsibilities

• Copywriting & content creation: you write engaging, high-performing content that converts—ranging from paid ads and landing pages to short-form social content and informative articles.

• CRM & lifecycle communication: with the help of AI you craft impactful email journeys that activate, retain, and delight users.

• SEO content & AI writing: you create SEO-optimised blog content, using AI prompting as a key tool to increase speed and efficiency without compromising quality.

• Affiliate & referral content: you support Peaks’ affiliate and referral marketing efforts with clear and compelling messaging.

• Content for growth: you support the performance marketing team with persuasive, audience-targeted copy across channels.

• Content analysis & optimisation: you use data to learn what works and iterate accordingly.

What you bring

• You’re a copywriter at heart with a strong commercial instinct—you know what grabs attention and drives action.

• You have at least 3–5 years of experience writing across formats and channels, ideally in a B2C or finance or fintech environment.

• You are skilled in—or eager to become skilled in—AI-powered content creation.

• You’ve created content for CRM, SEO, paid ads, and social media.

• You are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Looker to track and improve performance.

• You’re fluent in Dutch (native) and have excellent English writing skills. German or French is a plus.

• You’re a proactive doer who can balance creativity, structure, and speed.
