Your job

As our intern, you will support the HR Leadership, Talent & Succesion in organizing and coordinating with a team of Consultants and Realisation Officers. Your key activities will include:

• Planning, organizing, and executing the Leadership programs and supporting the Succesion Management Team.
• Coordinating with internal and external speakers and moderators.
• Managing communication and information provision with various stakeholders.
• Scheduling workshops and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Collecting and analyzing evaluations and recordings of sessions.

In your day-to-day work, you will help ensure the smooth execution of the event by:

• Developing and maintaining detailed event schedules.
• Enabling tenders and testing technology.
• Coordinating the logistics and administrative tasks.
• Supporting the team in achieving critical milestones.

Your working environment

You will work within HR Leadership, Talent and Succession at ABN AMRO, along with a passionate team dedicated to optimizing the employee experience. The team responsible for this consists of around 12 employees, some of whom are in lead roles. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments within the bank. The team values strong collaboration, fun, a hands-on approach, and open communication.

Your profile

• You are an HBO or WO student with prior experience in event management.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch is a plus.
• You are available from 1st of August 2025 till 28th of February 2026.
• Your educational background is preferably in event management.
• You are proficient in Office 360 (Excel, Word, Lists, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
