What you will be doing

As Delivery Lead, you play a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and performance. You combine strategic oversight with operational clarity to ensure we deliver great work – consistently, sustainably, and with impact.

You will be accountable for:

• Project management for key clients – Leading planning, execution and delivery to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes that drive client value
• Client satisfaction and relationship management – Acting as a key point of contact, you ensure expectations are met – and where possible, exceeded – by building trust and delivering results
• Team performance and development – Leading the Leads Team by setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and maintaining high-quality output across the board
• Capacity and billability management – Ensuring that the right people are working on the right things at the right time, balancing workload with strategic priorities
• Cost vs. revenue management – Keeping a sharp eye on financials to maintain sustainable project profitability and healthy business performance
• Structure and process improvement – Continuously identifying and implementing improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support scalable delivery

This role is both hands-on and high-level. You’ll lead by example, act on insights, and empower your team to do their best work – every day.

• Have strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple clients and priorities
• Are client-focused and build trust quickly, ensuring long-term partnerships and delivering real value — not just outputs
• Know how to balance quality and efficiency, guiding teams to deliver high-impact work on time and within budget
• Are data-driven and comfortable making informed decisions based on performance metrics, revenue insights and cost structures
• Have experience in leading and developing teams, using clarity and empathy to align people and raise performance
• Approach process challenges as opportunities — you’re a natural problem solver who acts, adapts and improves
