Internship Sales & Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student who is passionate about sales & employee ownership to join our team as an intern. In this role, you will work closely with our sales & customer success team, assisting with various tasks related to new business calls and follow-ups, client onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn about sales and customer success processes and strategies, work closely with our customers, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you will do

  • Assist in setting up new client calls, follow up with custom proposals, and get new clients on our platform;
  • Assist with customer onboarding tasks, such as setting up new accounts and providing training and support to new customers;
  • Work with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support;
  • Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals;
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to continuously improve our products and processes;
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about customer success practices and strategies.

What you will need

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as business, law, or communications;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once;
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products and customer success strategies;
