Role and responsibility

We are looking for an SME-adviser for the Achterhoek en Veluwe, you need to be fluent in Dutch.

As part of the team, you’ll work in-branch and offsite, visiting entrepreneurs. Networking in the local market and developing relationships with new clients, you’ll expand and build your client base. Reporting to the SME Advice regional director, your role will include:

• Independently handling credit applications from start to finish
• Supporting clients on a transaction basis
• Providing advice and guidance on suitable products and services.
• Use the Agile method to bring new ideas quickly to life
• Be in charge of your own agenda

How to succeed

Your honest and open approach helps you quickly build rapport. Your smart business ideas and understanding of market trends make you the ideal sparring partner for business owners. You will also bring:

• Higher Professional Education (HBO)
• 8 years + experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of business lending and acquisition
• Proven commercial success
• Willingness to take the banker’s oath
• Proficiency in Dutch

Door te netwerken op de lokale markt en relaties op te bouwen met nieuwe klanten, breidt je het klantbestand uit. Je rapporteert aan de regiodirecteur MKB-advies en daarnaast omvat de rol onder meer:

• Zelfstandig afhandelen van kredietaanvragen van begin tot eind
• Klanten ondersteunen op transactiebasis
• Het geven van advies en begeleiding over passende producten en diensten.
• Gebruik de Agile-methode om nieuwe ideeën snel tot leven te brengen
• Beheers uw eigen agenda

• Hoger Beroeps Onderwijs (HBO)
• acht+ jaar ervaring in de financiële dienstverlening
• Kennis van zakelijke kredietverlening en acquisitie
• Bewezen commercieel succes
• Bereidheid tot het afleggen van de bankierseed
• Beheersing van het Nederlands
