This will be your job:

• Managing the central compliance inbox and responding to mails;
• Reviewing gifts/invitations for employees and documenting the review results;
• Monitor private investment transactions and documenting the review results;
• Assessing outside positions requests and documenting the review results;
• Maintaining the correctness and completeness of trading restrictions list;
• Advising business on KYC requests from 3rd parties;
• Alert handling of potential positive market abuse and sanctions breaches;
• Define process improvements and implement those whenever necessary;
• Providing content analysis for 2nd line monitoring deep dives/1st line compliance topic projects.

What do you bring?

• You have an HBO or academic degree; recognized compliance risk management accreditation is desirable;
• You have at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably within the Financial sector and in a Compliance (related) role;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
• You are result and task driven;
• You are accurate with good time management;
• You are proactive with a can-do mentality;
• You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile;
• You are analytically strong, can translate theory into practice and prepare solution proposals taking into account all necessary angles;
• You are able to identify and adequately define process improvements and independently implement those;
• Your communication skills give you the ability to connect and interact with your colleagues within the Compliance department as well as with colleagues of other departments in a constructive and visible way (both face-to-face and via Teams).
