Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in the North Western Europe Hybrid Cloud Solution team, with focus on Business Operations. The team is orchestrating the processes along quoting, pricing, booking of Hybrid Cloud Solution, helping the Sales teams and acting as the facilitator and project manager across all different teams at HPE.

Start Date: 1st of September 2025

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships and partner closely with NWE internal teams (Sales/ Pursuit/ Finance/ Order Booking/..) and business management
  • Support Sales team with the initial review for completion of the contractual/bid documentation;
  • Interact with the bid/sales team and gather or clarify inputs as necessary;
  • Prepare relevant documentation and handling all needed approvals to submit offer to client in alignment to HPE policies;
  • Apply project management skills and tools to support tools and processes simplification and deployment in NWE;

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple engagements and meet time sensitive deadlines;
  • Very good organizational skills, allowing to drive multiple projects in parallel
  • Self-starting & curiosity, with ability to learn new process and policies quickly and develop skills;
  • Collaborative and team player;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
  • A solid interest for developing project management and process improvement skills
