Service / Commissioning Engineer

Focus Engineering is looking for a Service / Commissioning Engineer for a system-integrator within the process industry in Breda, The Netherlands. The company has a strong international presence and they focus on providing sustainable and efficient technologies across various industries, including oil and gas.

As a Service / Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, commissioning, modifying and maintenance of advanced PLC / SCADA-systems. In this role, 50% of your time will be spent working from the office, while the other 50% will involve international travel to client sites across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

Job description

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within PLC and SCADA systems.
• Commission, modify and maintain PLC and SCADA systems.
• Travel internationally for commissioning and service tasks across various industries.

Who are you?

• You have experience with PLC/SCADA systems such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or ABB.
• You have a technical background in the process industry, preferably in Oil & Gas, food & beverages, or life sciences.
